Portasonic® 2.FL0 The Portasonic® 2.FL0 is a portable, clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter for measuring the volumetric flow rate of clean fluids in pipelines.

The Portasonic is a portable ultrasonic flow meter for testing a wide variety of different pipe sizes, fluid types, measurement methods, flow rates. The unit has a simple testing process with a step-by-step guide on how to set up your flow meter before measuring. The user only sets the pipe diameter, wall thickness and fluid type and is ready to measure. Each unit is individually calibrated in an ISO 17025-approved facility to ensure accurate measurement up to 1%. Each unit receives its own calibration certificate with approved accuracy ratings.

Depending on different tube sizes, multiple sensors are also available. Sensors available for different pipe diameters. For fluid temperatures over 90°C, high temperature sensor available up to 160°C. Please note the sensor sizes below for installation in tight spaces. Separate sensors can be supplied if the options below are too large: Small sensor: pipe diameter range: 15 mm - 100 mm Medium sensor: pipe diameter range: 100 mm - 300 mm Large sensor: pipe diameter range: 300 mm - 700 mm Optional sensors available for larger pipe diameters.
