Portascanner® WATERTIGHT PRO

The Portascanner® WATERTIGHT PRO is a portable, tablet-based integrity testing system capable of detecting the exact location and size of multiple leaks simultaneously on a single structure. The Portascanner® WATERTIGHT PRO records leakage rate and location in its database and can export it to a USB to electronically record and report test results.

Digital Leak Detection

The Portascanner® WATERTIGHT PRO allows an operator to photograph a test site before the test begins, which then allows the operator to plot the exact location of the leak, making repair and reinspection easy. The Portascanner® WATERTIGHT PRO also calculates the flow rates of individual leaks, as well as an overall leak rate for a single hatch opening, and can relate these rates to compliance requirements for watertightness and weather resistance.

It requires minimal training and one operator can test a large number of hatches or seals in a non-invasive manner in succession. This makes the Portascanner® WATERTIGHT PRO to a highly accurate and user-friendly way to ensure maritime safety and regulatory compliance.

Customizable and Optimizable

The Portascanner® WATERTIGHT PRO can be widely applied to different shutters or room sizes, and its system can be customized for optimal operation by choosing different equipment options or settings:
