Track sensors are inductively sensing sensors that detect the metal mass of the wheel flange and thereby generate electrical pulses. Depending on the application, a distinction is made between single-wheel sensors for detection and switching tasks for rolling stock, and double-wheel sensors for direction detection, axle counting and speed measurement. Tiefenbach's know-how in the production of wheel sensors is based on more than 30 years of experience during which these products have been continuously developed and improved. The customer receives a proven product, which in many cases, but especially as axle counters, best meets the high demands of users. Regarding track sensors, Tiefenbach offers customized components depending on the requirements for evaluation and further processing of the sensor signals. Tiefenbach supports users in the configuration and assembly of the components.
