The Fluidwell D030-P batch controller is a field-mountable display that shows the preset value and the running batch value simultaneously. Pulse input model that accepts; Reed switch, NAMUR, NPN, PNP, Sine wave (coil), active pulse signal. Selectable on-screen engineering units; volumetric or mass; ml, L, m³, GAL, USGAL, Kg, lb, bbl or no units. A batch quantity can be easily entered and repeating batches can be run. The preset value is displayed during the batch, as well as the remaining quantity and units of measurement. The included electromechanical relay can be used to control additional items, such as solenoid valves, or, with the addition of a relay, can be used to turn a pump on and off along with the batch.
