Meet our latest surface coating solution, which incorporates advanced technology to improve the spraying process.
Achieve high material yield and less overspray with our advanced system. Experience shorter coating times and superior surface properties in one operation.
Benefit from a seamless workflow with no moving parts in the flowmeter.
Spraying is a process for coating surfaces with paints and varnishes. Generally, the paint is atomized and applied with compressed air using a paint spray gun or paint spray nozzles. This method is often used but has the disadvantage that the loss of paint due to the spray mist passing components is relatively high.
Features & Benefits
- High material yield and reduced airflow due to less overspray
- Short coating time due to electrostatic "wrap-around" and uniform build-up of coating thickness in one working step
- First-class surface properties with respect to: chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion protection and optical requirements
- No moving parts in the flowmeter
- Pneumatic power generation unit powering the complete Tricor coriolis family (Classic with TCE6000 or 8000)
- Fiber optic cable
- Fiber optic converter for Modbus RTU communication via RS485
- USB RS485 converter (optional)
